I guess those who happen upon my blog from time to time have wondered about what has happened.....it could be laziness, busy or just tired of blogging. It has been all three. I was busy with work, then changed departments which was a blessing and then in September when I was away, someone broke into my house. I now live with an alarm (ugh!) and the tedious tasked of trying to remember what all they took. So many of my drawers I couldn't remember what I had in them. Chalk it up to the seamier side of life....criminals touch us one time or another. I am just grateful they didn't destroy my home.
I wish I had some things to show but once again I can't find my camera cord...I hope they didn't take that! I have my camera, but I need to find the cord. I did find this cute picture on LOL cats and I thought I would share!
I hope within the next few weeks I will have some pictures of some shawls I am working on. Until later....but not as long as before!

I hear you about all your reasons for your blogging absence, although it does make me think I should write a post about the time that when we had a break in. There is a peculiar yarn connection in the story. ; )
